Sean Wright - RAC Chairman - RAC Chairman

Sean Wright was born in Encino, CA and grew up in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. The middle of three brothers, Sean graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1990. During high school, Sean worked at Tom Thumb Grocery as a baggage clerk, checker, and stocker. He went to college at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. After graduating college, Sean was in the process of moving back to Dallas, TX for an accepted sales position when he was approached by Joe Schmidt and Buddy Furgerson at Gage Van Horn & Associates. Sean accepted a sales role in Lubbock, with the focus being the growth of the Amarillo market. At the time Sean started calling on the Amarillo market, Gage Van Horn & Associates had minimal presence in Amarillo and did not have a distribution center. Today, Amarillo represents one of the largest markets for the GVH Family of Companies.
Over the last 20 years, the GVH Family of Companies has been one of the fastest growing distribution companies in the United States and has grown to 13 distribution centers nationwide. Coinciding with the company growth, Sean progressed from his original sales position, to General Manager in Amarillo, then to Senior Vice President, and finally to his current role as President and COO of GVH Family of Companies. Sean has spent his entire professional career with the GVH Family of Companies. He lives in Amarillo, TX and is married to wife Kristy and his two children, Kylee and Caden.
John recently reached a thirty-year milestone at BRdata, working specifically on designing software solutions and best practices for independent retailers and wholesalers in the grocery industry. He is persistently active with all aspects of the software business, immersed in software development, sales, implementations, client and employee relations. He stays engaged with all stakeholders, to ensure the company remains focused and committed to the client base, BRdata team, user group, growth as individuals and of the organization.
John also sits as the chairman of the board of the BRdata User Group (BRUG), leading an advisory committee of seasoned grocery industry professionals, and in his spare time is pursuing a business degree at NYU. John lives in Long Island with his wife Mary and two daughters.
Prairie Farms/Hiland Dairy
Mike has worked with Prairie Farms/Hiland Diary for the past 20 years. He is the Division Manager covering the Southeast US. Before serving as Division Manager, Mike was General Manager with Barber Dairies in Alabama. He started his dairy career with Barber’s at their Montgomery facility. He has been in the dairy industry for over 40 years.
Mike is involved in the community serving on the Arkansas State Dairy Board, working with the local Ronald McDonald House, the local Culinary School and playing golf with time is available.
Mike is originally from Alabama, graduating from Auburn University. He presently lives in Little Rock and Memphis. He is married to Rhonda and they have 2 adult children.

Joe Meherg has been with ReposiTrak for over ten years and currently works in sales and sales operations as well as working with wholesale, retail and supplier clients.
Prior to ReposiTrak, Mr. Meherg served in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry for over 40 years in various capacities. Prior executive engagements include General Manager of Plus 3 Alliance, Sr. VP Operations at Gartner Greetings, Sr. VP at Premier Greetings, National Sales Manager for Sangamon Inc. and regional sales positions at American Greetings. Mr. Meherg also has previous work experience in the educational public relations and publishing and wholesale distribution fields and served as the President of Operations Plus, a private consulting firm.
Mr. Meherg’s experience has allowed him to serve on a number of Boards and Associations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Operations Management from Livingston University (University of West Alabama) and currently resides in Elmore, Alabama.

Mr. Nickitas is the Founder & CEO of Rosie, the most trusted, locally focused ecommerce company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online from local stores. Nick received the 2019 Progressive Grocer GenNext Award recognizing individuals under 40 who are the grocery industry leaders of tomorrow. He is currently a Visiting Lecturer at Cornell and an Adjunct Lecturer at Lehigh University, teaching entrepreneurship and strategy to graduate and undergraduate students.
Prior to Rosie, Nick was COO of FIX Solutions, a fintech company based in Frankfurt. Previously, Nick was Director of Business Development at FIX Flyer, a NYC fintech pioneer for high-volume, multi-asset institutional securities trading. Starting in 2007 as the third employee, Nick expanded Flyer\’s presence across the US, LatAm, EMEA, and AsiaPac.
Nick earned his MBA from Cornell, graduating as a Fried Fellow and Weil Entrepreneurship Fellow. Nick received a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Lehigh University.
Tenia is currently the COO of a multi-million dollar grocery decor company with 60+ team members located in rural Utah. Tenia is known as the \”Experience Creator\” within and outside of the company. Decorworx, a family-owned business, focuses on the Independent Grocer and their success. Tenia is passionate about creating an \”experience\” in every store and helping the retailer keep relevant in today\’s marketplace. Tenia was named in Utah’s Business Magazine as one of the 20 in their 20’s as well as a recipient of Progressive Grocers GenNext award in 2019. She understands the gravity of keeping up with the trends, pushing the decor boundaries, and attracting the younger generation into their local stores. She has figured out if she helps create an experience, that the grocer retains current employees and customers while attracting new customers, which leads to a robust independent grocer. She is positioned to become CEO of Decorworx within the next five years.

Jesse Garcia is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Customer Officer at Post Consumer Brands, with responsibility for leading the Customer Development Organization which includes; Field Sales, Sales Strategy, Trade, Customer Marketing, Sales Support and Category Management at Post Consumer Brands. Mr. Garcia held leadership roles with MOM Brands (formerly Malt-O-Meal) before it was purchased by Post Holdings in January 2015. Jesse began his career at Malt-O-Meal in 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager. He was named National Sales Director in 2006 and promoted to Chief Customer Officer in 2009. In 2012 he was named Senior Vice President of Sales & Chief Customer Officer. Mr. Garcia has been in the CPG industry for over 27 years. Prior to joining Post Consumer Brands, Jesse held sales and management positions with Kellogg’s, Dr. Pepper/7Up, Anheuser Busch and Coors Distributors.
Mr. Garcia serves on the National Grocers Association (NGA) Board of Directors and the Advisory Council of Retailer Owned Food Distributors & Associates (ROFDA).
Jesse is an active supporter of Food Marketing Institute (FMI), Enactus, Network of Executive Women (NEW), National Cancer Society and Second Harvest Heartland.
Mr. Garcia is a graduate of Texas A&M at Commerce, holding a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.
